| Defending champion West Negros College clashes with San Carlos City FC on Sunday for the second finals berth in the NOFA Provincial Under-19 Football Championships at the Manuel Y. Torres Sports Center pitch in Bago City .

The winner between WNC and San Carlos meets University of St. La Salle on Jan. 20 also in Bago City . La Salle has threatened to pull out of the tournament in the wake of the free-for-all near the end of its semis showdown with home team Bago City .
