| City mulling reduction of The Dumaguete Regulatory and Franchising Board will decide whether or not to maintain the number of tricycles plying the city streets or reduce their number by canceling more than a hundred franchises. City legal officer Neil Ray Lagahit yesterday confirmed the dropping and cancellation the more 100 tricycle franchises in Dumaguete due to their failure to renew for two consecutive years. This is provided under an amendatory ordinance passed by the Sangguniang Panlungsod early last year, he said. | ||||||||||||||||
