Paglaum burglary
investigated
BY PATRICK PANGILINAN

The police yesterday said they are still investigating a reported burglary at the Paglaum Sports Complex in Bacolod City that involved more than P300,000 worth of electrical and metal materials despite the denial of the break-in by school officials.

Police Station 1 commander, Chief Inspector Noel Manaay, said that even with the statement of Negros Occidental High School officials that no burglary happened at the ground floor of the sports complex's grandstand at Hernaez Street , they will investigate the incident further.

NOHS principal, Nilda Monge, told the DAILY STAR that the items cited by Ramon Balquin yesterday had already been reported last year as they have long been missing. moremoremore
