| The “One-Stop-Shop” of the Bacolod City Permits and Licensing Division at the BAYS Center will be moved temporarily to the 2 nd floor of the City Hall on January 8 and 9, the mayor's office said yesterday.
This is to accommodate at the BAYS Center the public viewing, wake and necrological services for the late Mayor Alfredo Montelibano Jr., who died Wednesday due to cardio-pulmonary arrest at the Riverside Medical Center .
The public is invited to pay their final respects to the late mayor who served Bacolod from 1988 to 1995, and as governor of Negros Occidental, from 1968 to 1986, the Mayor's Office said.
The “One-Stop-Shop” of the Permits and Licensing Division will return to the BAYS Center on January 10 and will accommodate business permits processing and renewal until February 29.*
