Negros Professional Bowlers Club/LJP Trading/Tough Trucks toppled 1,022 pinfalls Wednesday night to grab the leadership in the men’s division, while Condura ASSFBI Ladies led in the women’s side in the ongoing Knights of Columbus Open Bowling Tournament at the New Top’s Millennium Plaza in Bacolod City.

With two more games to play, NPBC paces the 10-team pack with an aggregate of 5,011 pinfalls closely followed by ersthwhile topnotcher Sharp   with 4,990.

The NPBC squad is composed of  Ronnie Arroyo, Hernand Garciniego, Willy Mahilum, Joe Latoza, Rey Gargar and Jaime Chua.

Silverado ASSFBI is in third with 4,881, followed by ESD Brgy.1, 4,821; Panasonic, 4,748; Amor Adobo/ASSFBI, 4,744; Alimon Steel, 4,700; Mulo Aircon Services, 4,653, and Sharp Blue Ray, 4,590.

Condura Ladies, who stayed on top in the distaff category compiled 3,870 pinfalls, with Lady Dragon posting 3,779 for third place.

Rounding out the top 10 are Panasonic with 3,743;  Firefly II, 3,658; Firefly I, 3,553; Firefly III, 3,483; RR Lady O Pincrushers, 3,479; Team Justice, 3,244, and Sharp, 3,139.

Mulo Aircon Services and ESD Brgy.I/ASSFBI registered the highest single and triple with 389 and 1,045 balls.*HLG
