| Reg'l director hopes The regional director of the BAP-Samahang Basketball ng Pilipinas in Western Visayas has laid out a proposal, focused on development from the grassroots level and aimed at enhancing the region's reputation as a breeding ground of cage talents. BAP-SBP Western Visayas director Tony Agustin said he hopes his four-phase program gets the support of the national federation, headed by telecommunications tycoon Manny Pangilinan.
