The media – a
pillar of democracy

The media might be exasperating to some people but it is greatly responsible for moderating the tentacles of greed which has already permeated down to almost all parts of society. Recently, it is the reason why Jun Lozada, a star witness in the unconscionable corruption of top government officials, is still alive. The media was used by God to protect a witness who has traveled his road to Damascus . Just like Paul, he is subjected to all kinds of attacks but he is standing his ground because of the strength from above due to the cries of a helpless nation. The time of reckoning is fast approaching.

Lozada is a picture of a self-depreciating underdog being trashed up by the big bullies of government, each trying to outdo the other in showing their fawning loyalties to their shameless and money-head leader. That is what makes him a most credible witness. His tormentors commit one blunder after another, including the legal beagle of the “Madam Wetness” fame.

Let's keep on praying for him because if God is for him, who can be against him? The powerful Roman Empire crumbled because of the blood of the helpless Christians who were fed to the lions and pierced by the spears of the gladiators. Numerous kingdoms in the history of mankind crumbled because of the weight of the tears of their suffering people. As the night follows the day, the kingdom of the squatter of Malacañang will follow soon.
