Guv back home,
condition stable
BY CARLA GOMEZ

The blood pressure of Negros Occidental Gov. Joseph Marañon stabilized yesterday after a hospital check up and his doctors have allowed him to go home, his chief of staff Jose Ma. Valencia said yesterday.

Numerous calls of concern were received at the Capitol and by close aides and relatives of the governor yesterday after news broke out that he had been brought to the hospital again.

Valencia said the governor was brought to the hospital early yesterday morning after his wife, Aida, got worried over his erratic blood pressure.

However, when the governor got there and his blood pressure stabilized he asked to go home and was allowed to do so before noon , Valencia said.

The governor is better and was already asking who among the candidates were leading in the US primaries.*CPG
