Sharp, Condura on top
 

The Sharp and Condura/ASSFBI Ladies are still on top of the leaderboard in their respective divisions of the ongoing Open Bowling Tournament at the New Top's Millennium Plaza in Bacolod City organized by Knights of Columbus Council.

After four rounds of pintoppling action, the Sharp bowlers accumulated an aggregate of 3,995, six pins ahead over second-running NPBC/LJP Trading/Tough Trucks pincrushers who posted 3,989 balls.

The Sharp team is composed of Sarge Odango, Rey Balaan, Mandoy Hervias and Fred Empio.

The Bago City Bowlers Association continued to tail them with 3,923.

Opening day leader, Silverado ASSFBI has 3,901; ESD Brgy.I, 3,892; Amor Adobo/ASSFBI, 3,838; Panasonic, 3,809; Alimon Steel, 3,738, and Mulo Aircon Services, 3,626 in the men's division.

Condura kept the top post in the women's bracket with 3,020 followed by Lady Dragon with 2,847.

The No.1 squad members are Sylvia Del Rosario, Juliet Regollo and Lea Javier.

Other scores: Lady Dragon 2,847; Panasonic, 2,784; RR Lady O/ASSFBI, 2,654; Firefly I, 2,641; Team Justice, 2,480; Sharp, 2,365; ON-BACIBA II, 1,840; Firefly III, 1,789, and Firefly II, 1,752.

Meanwhile, the Bago City Bowlers Association organized “Mayor Ramon Torres Cup” rolls off Saturday at the Plaza Arcade Bowling Alley in Bago City .

It will be held in celebration of the city's 42 nd Charter Anniversary.

BACBA president Joel Basiao said at stake for the winners are P25,000 in cash, and a trophy each.*HLG
