BY MARICAR ARANAS

A lecture on climate change issues was conducted Tuesday at the Luce Auditorium, Dumaguete City by Silliman University president Dr. Ben Malayang with students and teachers from city schools, local government representatives, members of the business sector and concerned organizations present.

Malayang was recently appointed member of the Advisory Council on Climate Change Mitigation, Adaptation and Communication of the Philippine Government.
