Beach volley event
slated in Pulupandan

Six teams will vie for top honors in the first Pulupandan Showtime All-Ladies Beach Volleyball Tournament in Pulupandan town on Sunday.

University of St. La Salle and University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos will field two teams each, while two pairs from the Western Visayas Palaro-bound Negros Occidental secondary girls' squad will also be in action.

The tournament, sponsored by town Mayor Magdaleno Peña, is a pre-fiesta activity. The champion will receive P5,000, while the second to fourth placers will be given P3,000, P2,000 and P1,000, respectively.*CPT
