A pulsating cocktail party

IVY

They were all there – the yuppies, young executives, entrepreneurs, popular beauties and so many more. The energy of the bash was at an all time high with live jazz music setting the tone of entertainment. We were greeted by lovely Jinky Sarrosa Jesena, one of the four young proprietors of Majj, the others being Marisa Ledesma, AJ Ledesma and Celeste Lacson.

It was a bit of a shock to see the waiters wearing masks! But they made sure we were all comfortable and kept offering us drinks and delicious food all night. The place was overflowing with the beautiful people of Bacolod who were out to enjoy the relaxing ambiance. Over ice-cold drinks, we had a great time discussing the hottest issues of the day with former Sen. John Osmeña giving us his views about the “canister” patient in Cebu whose operation appeared on the Internet. “Shocking!” was the former senator’s comment on the fiasco.

The place was still swinging when our group decided to call it a night.*
