250 recruits to leave for UAE

Two-hundred fifty workers in Bacolod City who are bound for United Arab Emirates were briefed by recruitment agency Lead Resources at the Business Inn Hotel yesterday, the mayor’s office said.

The accepted workers are waiting for their visas, pending the presentation of their passports and medical examination results.

They are part of the first batch of workers out of the 1,000 needed for UAE.

Recruiting is still ongoing for service crew, supervisors and managers through the Bacolod Public Employment Services Office, the mayor’s office added.*
