Top-ranked squads Dynamic Builders and LRY-Europa try to forge a championship showdown Sunday when they clash with separate rivals in the semifinals of the Villa Valderrama 9-a-side Football Tournament at the Villa Valderrama pitch in Bacolod City.

Because of its impressive form of late, the Dynamic side of Ricky Yanson, which surged to the top of the table in the final two playdates of the eliminations, will be favored to beat Trimaxi in second game at 4 p.m.

In the curtain-raiser at 2:30 p.m., Leorey Yanson’s Europa squad meets rival Bacolod United, a team it has drawn twice in the tournament. LRY and United played to a 2-2 draw in the first round and a 3-3 stalemate in the second round.*CPT
