The barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections held Monday in Dumaguete City was orderly and peaceful, the Commission on Elections said yesterday.

Comelec officer Carmencita Cañares said that, except for the perennial problem of some whose names were not found in the voters' list, no other untoward incidents were reported to them.

She said that, when checked with their computer data, the names were found in the list of registered voters posted in every precinct, and some complainants just had no patience in locating them.
