New resto branch

Fr. Juji officiated at the blessing of the second branch of Bigby's Resto at the SM North Wing, in Bacolod City recently with Lucy Gan from Manila cutting the ceremonial ribbon, and with Lucita Soliman, Anita Yulo and Bea Ong as sponsors.

After the blessing, everybody participated in the throwing of coins which, according to Chinese tradition, is for good luck.

Orange, yellow and white balloons were arranged in an arc to welcome visitors, at the two entrances of the resto.

Young entrepreneurs and couple Hendrick and Joana Yu teamed up with equally enterprising Belina Ong or Bea, in the business venture with Belina's parents Mila and Luis Ong, providing support.

Souvenirs of the Uys and Bea Ong from their travels abroad adorned the walls.

A number of members of the Bacolod-Chinese community attended the affair. Remember: Prediction is very difficult, especially about the future.*
