'Go out and vote'
BY CHRYSEE SAMILLANO

Lakas Bacolod chairman and incumbent Bacolod Rep. Monico Puentevella appealed to Bacoleņos to go out and vote, as he advised them to be at their respective precincts early today, a press statement from his office said.

Puentevella's appeal was echoed by Lakas-KAMPI mayoralty candidate Luzviminda Valdez and vice mayoralty bet Elmer Sy, who also called on their constituents to vote according to the dictates of their conscience, the press release said.

It also said Puentevella, in the light of "perceived" allegations of "dagdag-bawas" operations to be allegedly conducted by some opposition elements, also asked Bacolenos to be always on guard and remain vigilant so that every vote will be counted. It also said Lakas-KAMPI and its candidates are praying for a clean and honest exercise.*CGS
