Negros Occidental Provincial Elections Supervisor Jessie Suarez last night said he will order the relief and suspension of COMELEC officer Jason Sy of Valladolid for overriding the order of the Commission not to include 946 persons on the list of voters in Valladolid town.

Judge Manuel Limsiaco of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Valladolid-San Enrique-Pulupandan Saturday issued an order for the inclusion of the 946 on the list of Valladolid voters, Suarez said.

Suarez said an ally of mayoralty candidate Ricardo Presbitero had earlier offered him money to support the inclusion of the 946 but he refused it. moremoremore
