Doña Luising goes Chinese

Keeping in tune with the Bacolaudiat celebration, the Lacson royales decided that a Chinese theme would be best to mark Doña Luising's birthday. And so, everyone came in Mao collars, cheongsams and Oriental accents, including the great grandchildren who looked as cute as dumplings.

Sister and iconic stage actress Celia Diaz-Laurel came in flaming red, ravishing as ever. There were Chinese feng-shui centerpieces on the tables spread out on both sides of the house, inside the family pavillon, stretching up to the main dining room….(to be continued)
