2-year-old needs help

A 2-year-old baby diagnosed to have abdominal distention, cough and being treated for possible Wilm's tumor at the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital in Bacolod City, needs to undergo CT scan on the abdomen, and her parents are seeking the help of DAILY STAR readers to help them defray the expenses.

The parents of Christy Colendres, 2, of Eroreco, Brgy. Mandalagan, in Bacolod, said the baby has been confined at the hospital since March 9. Simeon Colendres, 49, works as a tricycle driver, and his wife, Edna, 40, is a laundrywoman.

Christy, who is confined at the Pedia ward of CLMMRH, is the fifth of their six children. Any help for the baby may be coursed through the DAILY STAR office.*GCT
