St. La Salle-A grabbed the early lead in the NOFA Under-17 Ladies 9-a-side Provincial Championships, following a one-sided victory and a walkover win at the USLS pitch in Bacolod City over the weekend.

The La Sallians whitewashed University of Negros Occidental Recoletos-A, 9-0, Saturday before winning via forfeiture against Ma-ao United, whose players failed to show up for the match.
