Filipino flyweight contender Diosdado Gabi registered a second round TKO win over Antonio Cochero of Colombia in the undercard of the Barrera-Marquez fight at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

It was Gabi's third successive win after his defeat and failed title attempt last year against Vic Darchinyan of Australia, the reigning IBF and IBO flyweight champ.

With the win, Gabi improved to 29-3-1 with 21 KOs. *
