The Department of Science and Technology, in partnership with
the Negros Economic Development Foundation Inc., will hold a lecture-demonstration
and training on Fish Processing Technology on March 29 and 30, from
8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at NEDF Technology Center, Brgy. Mansilingan,
Bacolod City, a press release from DOST said.
To be taught are modern procedures in making Portuguese sardines,
Japanese tempura, Chinese quekiam, shrimp kropek, squid rings, fish
ball, squid balls and other fish processed products.
Registration fee is P800, inclusive of training materials/kits,
