The Government Service Insurance System in Dumaguete City is holding enrollment of its members to the E-Card plus as replacement of their old e-cards.

GSIS Branch manager Erlinda Roma said a mobile team is visiting government offices for the enrollment, schedules for which have been posted in different agencies in Oriental Negros.

All employees of the province will be enrolled until March 5 at the 3rd Floor of the Convention Center in Dumaguete City. A geometric reader for fingerprint identifications and photo capture are being used. Upon enrollment, members are required to surrender their old E-cards.

Roma added after the enrollment, all E-Card plus will be processed at the GSIS Main office in Manila, and members are enjoined to properly print their residential mailing address for the return of the cards.

The E-Card plus will be activated through the GSIS Wireless Automated Processing System or GWAPS Kiosk at GSIS Dumaguete office. Roma said they have requested their national office to add two more kiosks for employees in the northern and southern parts of the province.*MA
