Panasonic, Sharp
keglers gain 1-2 positions

Panasonic and Sharp took the 1-2 position in the men's division in the ongoing Sharp Phils. Open Trio Friendship Club Bowling Tournament at the New Top's Millennium Plaza in Bacolod City.

ON-BACIBA and Lady Dragon kept the upper hand in the women's category.

The last day of elimination phase is scheduled tonight with Rey Gargar's Panasonic leading the 16-team cast with 8,085 pinfalls.

Sharp of Irnie Diaz, improved its slate from third to second spot with 8,036, as ESD Triple-C slipped to third with 7,981, after a dismal 943 output Wednesday night.

Barangay I/ASSFBI and Negros Professional Bowlers Club/MJS occupied the fourth and fifth positions with 7,939 and 7,910 pinfalls, respectively.

In sixth is Mulo Aircon Services I with 7,903 pinfalls, followed by Silverado ASSFBI, 7,873; Davies Paint, 7,823; Hurricane, 7,729; Alimon Urban Knights 7,693; Mulo Aircon II, 7,689; Bago City Bowlers Association, 7,684; Sharp Kamizake, 7,633; Amor ASSFBI, 7,659; K of C NEMA, 7,520, and K of C 5665, 7,263.

Panasonic and Silverado's records in team triple and single remained intact at 1,104 and 415, respectively, while Condura ASSFBI Ladies established the women's team single and triple with 410 and 1,066 pinfalls.

Steve Ramos, of Triple-C Dental Laboratory holds the individual single and triple with 171 and 400 balls, while Irwin Mazarte, of Brgy. I is the highest in pinning with 94 in the men's category.

Cora Romero, of ON-BACIBA and Cecil Biendo, of Lady Dragon holds the women's single and triple mark with 159 and 384 balls, respectively. Nita Biasca, of RR Pincrushers is the highest pinner with 95.*HLG
