| The Pag-IBIG Fund will continue to dispose of its foreclosed housing
units, including those in Bacolod City and Negros Occidental, until October 31
this year. The program, "Magaang Pabahay, Disenteng Buhay," was supposed
to end on April 30 but has been extended for six months, and now includes non-Pag-IBIG

housing units are being sold at 20 percent discount for cash purchase and at 15
percent discount, if through a housing loan, at an interest rate of six percent
per annum for loans up to P300,000. The buyer will also be given a five
percent additional litigation discount if the unit is illegally occupied.
