Vacation time

The ambiance of nature, and the coolness and tranquility of its surrounding, made our recent trip to Pataan Mountain Resort in Brgy. Ma-ao, Bago City, Negros Occidental on a beautiful Sunday morning memorable, especially with the fun and laughter shared by by the Lim, Tan families and their friends. The enticing waterfalls of Pataan was alluring. We didn't exert much effort going up and down the waterfalls.

The cold, invigorating water is just a stone's throw away from our cottage. We could hear the refreshing, rushing and crystal-clear flowing waters while we ate our sumptuous meal and snacks. The kids especially had a great time grilling the hotdogs, and eating whatever they grilled right away.

The School for Creative Beginners recently held a story-telling adventure at SM City Bacolod with about 100 children participating. The kids enjoyed the song and dance numbers and story telling. The event culminated with an artwork exhibit.

The Mirano clan recently had a week's vacation in Singapore. It was bonding time for William and Alex Mirano and their better halves, and their children, who enjoyed the sights, sounds and wonders of the Lion City.*
