The 10th USLS president

The La Salle Grade School Batch '59 and High School Batch '63 are proud of their classmate, Bro. Raymundo Suplido, FSC who was recently installed as the 10th president of the University of St. La in Salle Bacolod City.

Born in Valladolid town, Negros Occidental, Bro. Ray belongs to a closely knit family of six children and sisters.

He served for three years as principal of De La Salle Grade School and in 1976-1977, he enrolled in the Certificate Program in religious Formation at St. Louis University, Illinois U.S.A. During his installation, the Board of Trustees of USLS gave a citation to outgoing president Bro. Gus Conquer, FSC for his exemplary leadership in the service. Bro. Ray was honored at dinner at the Santuario de La Salle attended by special friends and guests.
