Food section needed!

I am a foreign (European) resident living in Bacolod City for many years. After reading your paper daily for years, I think your newspaper needs a food section focusing on the growing number restaurants and food establishments in the city. I was disappointed this week to see at the new Lopue's block that two restaurants have closed as have many establishments recently due to the new malls and new competition.

Me and my wife opened and managed a successful restaurant here in Bacolod for three years, which is still open at Lacson Street. My proposal to you is that we give you unbiased comments on a different places every week, like a restaurant review of the week in your paper. Being well known in the food business here in the city it would be better if we remained anonymous? What do you think?
