Teenager burned to death
BY GILBERT BAYORAN

A 16-year-old mentally-ill teenager was burned to death Tuesday when their house was razed to the ground in Brgy. Guilhungan, Cauayan, Negros Occidental, police said.

Inspector Louie Figueroa, Cauayan police chief, yesterday identified the victim as Rogen Torres, 16.

Police investigations show that the fire was triggered by embers that had fallen into a pile of dried wood. Figueroa said Torres was alone in the houseat the time.

Police investigators ruled out any foul play in the incident.*GPB
