Trisikad driver found dead

The body of an unidentified trisikad driver was found floating in a river in Bacolod City yesterday, the police said.

The man, described to be about 20 years old, of medium build, with fair complexion, and about 5 feet 5 inches tall, was found floating in the Tamling River in Brgy. 40, Bacolod City by a certain "Joem Alit", 14, of Purok Rosal, Brgy. Taculing, at about 7 a.m. yesterday, police reports said.

SPO1 Jerry Sonoro said the man was identified as a trisikad driver by residents in the area. He was wearing a blue shirt and a pair of denim pants, police records showed.

The body was bloated but it did not have wounds that would suggest foul play, Sonoro also said. He added that there has been no reports of missing persons in the area up to press time yesterday. Sonoro said they will also conduct further investigation on the incident.*PP
