Three sewing machines were turned over by Mayor Carlo Gamban to Lorena Gumban, president of the People's Organization of Purok Paglaum, San Vicente, Barangay Capitan Ramon, Silay City, Negros Occidental recently, a press release from the city said.

Gumban is a graduate of the Skills Training Project of the city in cooperation with the Carlos Hilado Memorial State College.

Also offered are courses in dressmaking, auto mechanic, food trade, carpentry, practical electricity, welding and computer, the press release added.*
