At the bidding on Thursday, prices this week range from P1,088 per Lkg to P1,155 while in the previous week, from P1,112.82 to P1,218.90. For the current week, Binalbagan-Isabela Sugar Company sold its stocks at P1,094 (high) and P1,088 (low); Central Azucarera de La Carlota, P1,096.28 (high) and P1,096 (low); Hawaiian-Philippine Company, P1,108.01 (high) and P1,106; SONEDCO, P1,085;

Cadiz holds jobs
fair with 12 firms

The Cadiz City government conducted a two-day jobs fair that ended yesterday with 12 placement agencies.

Ramon Borromeo, manager of Public Employment Services Office, said in a press release both local and foreign jobs were offered by the recruiters.

Personnel from the Department of Labor and Employment regional office in Iloilo City also assisted the PESO office during the jobs fair. The participating placement agengies Concorde International Services, Anifel Management and General Services Corp., City Employment Center Inc., Mothers Way Overseas Manpower Specialist Corporation, Primary Pacific Orient Manpower Services Inc. Yanghwa Human Resource Inc., Alliance International Recruitment and Placement Services Inc., Hanastar Corp., Adana Manpower, EEI Corp. and Green World Placement Agency.
