Power interruptions set

TRANSCO will conduct preventive maintenance work in Talisay and will replace rotten poles and cross arms at its Bago-San Enrique 69KV transmission line that will cause power interruptions, Central Negros Electric Cooperative Inc. said in a press release yesterday.

To be affected are the Lopez (Silay) Feeders 1, 2, 3 (LF1), (LF2) and (LF3) 8 to 8:15 a.m. and 4:45 to 5 p.m. today. These feeders cover Caneland (AIDSISA), a major portion of Silay, including the poblacion up to Gomez Street, Brgy. Guimbalaon, and Mansiguinon, Hawaiian Central, Silay, Brgy. Balaring, Sitio Bungol, Sitio Mambag-id, Sitio Beraņo at Brgy. Lantad, the press release said.

Also to be affected are the Calumangan Feeders 1 and 2 (CF1)and (CF2) and Sum-ag Feeders 1 and 2 (SF1) and (SF2) 8 to 8:30 a.m. Sunday, it added.

The schedule is subject to change without further notice due to unforeseen circumstances, CENECO said.
