Another bridge connecting Negros Occidental and Oriental will be inaugurated today.

The bridge connects Barangay Carol-an in Kabankalan City and Barangay Ayungon in Negros Oriental, Gov. Joseph Marañon, who will join the inauguration, said yesterday. The bridge will boost the economy of Kabankalan City as it will now be easier for residents from Ayungon to shop in the city, he said.*
