The new head of National Bureau of Investigation in Bacolod City takes over Saturday, outgoing NBI Bacolod chief Philip Pecache said yesterday.

Mamerto Cortez was formerly assigned at the NBI Anti Fraud and Computer Crimes Division. Pecache will be assigned to the NBI head office in Manila.*
