22 finish skills training
of TESDA, province
BY JUANCHO GALALRDE

Twenty-two residents of Oriental Negros recently finished a skills training program of the provincial government and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.

Fifteen trainees graduated from the welding course, and the rest completed automotive and lathe machine courses.

Gov. George Arnaiz, action officer Board Member Melimore Saycon, TESDA provincial officer Samuel Jordan, and skills training center manager Silverio Saceda presented the certificates of completion to the graduates.

The graduates composed the first batch to have completed the training since the center was established early this year through the Sangguniang Panlalawigan resolution.

Arnaiz said he is optimistic that with the skills they acquired the graduates will find jobs easily.*JG
