Brownouts slated today

There will be brownouts in the Central Negros Electric Cooperative Inc. serviced areas when it conducts preventive maintenance works to replace rotten primary poles and line clearing activities from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. today, a press release from the coop said.

Areas affected include portion of Alijis Feeder 6, specifically lateral of Rosario Heights Subdivision, Bacolod City.

Member-consumers in these areas are advised to make necessary preparations to avoid undue inconvenience during the scheduled power interruption, the press release added.

This schedule is subject to change without further notice due to unforeseen circumstances, it said.
