Hog raisers set
confab in April

The National Federation of Hog Farmers Inc. will hold its 16th Annual Convention and Trade Exhibits on April 12 to 14, 2007 at the SM Mega Trade Hall, Mandaluyong City, a press release from the group said.

The convention, which will gather hog farmers, both commercial and backyard, from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, will feature the latest technologies, services and product displays from local and international manufacturers of automation equipments, feeds and veterinary products.

It will also feature a series of seminars on modern swine production and eradication of common swine diseases.

NFHFI, headed by its president Albert Lim Jr., was established by the late Nemesio Co in 1990. It is a non-stock and non-profit umbrella organization of 46 hog farmers associations.
