Fire hits Bacolod
industrial building

Fire broke out and damaged a single-storey industrial building at Magsaysay Avenue, Bacolod City, at about 8:17 a.m. yesterday.

Fire reports said initial investigation showed the blaze started at the northeast portion of the Value Rich Farm Enterprises, damaging partition walls and ceilings. It gutted P50,000 in property, reports said. The fire was contained at about 8:35 a.m. and declared out after an hour, reports also said.

On Wednesday, a pilot bulb exploded, causing fire that damaged a residential house and caused injuries to two women at Alunan Avenue, Brgy. 35, Bacolod City.*
