Bacolod , the City of Smiles , is turning into a City of Lights as the Christmas holidays approach. Various establishments exert efforts to decorate their facades.
Switch-on rites are also held at restos, churches, Bacolod public plaza, Provincial Capitol Lagoon, L'Fisher Hotel, La Consolacion College, and even BACIWA, to mentioned a few. Shoppers also frequent malls, both big and small, for their attractive Yuletide lights.
