Call center gives
holiday incentives

Teleperformance call center agents will receive Christmas Efficiency Incentive for work rendered during weekends this December, a press release from the company said.

The Christmas efficiency incentive is part of management's holiday gift to all Bacolod agents this holiday season, TP director for Administration and Human Resources Claire Bedia said.

The incentive shall be given on top of the regular overtime premium to reward agents who will volunteer to render extra hours of work during weekends, she added.

For every extra hour work rendered on Saturdays and Sundays, call center agents will receive an incentive of 75 percent in addition to the 25 percent standard premium. Work performed on Saturdays and Sundays, provided these are established as rest days, agents will receive 70 percent in addition to the 30 percent, the press release said.

Meanwhile, where Saturday or Sunday is a legal holiday but established as a regular working day, agents will receive an incentive of 50 percent of the regular hourly rate in addition to the 100 percent premium. Where Sunday is a legal holiday and falls on a rest day, such as on Dec. 30, agents who will render service will receive an incentive of 40 percent on top of 160 percent premium.

Aside from the Christmas Efficiency Incentive, the company is also raising call center agents Schedule Adherence Incentive to P2, 500, the press release said. *
