Long jump maestro Henry Dagmil established a new Games' record of 7.87-meters in his first try en route to a golden finish at the His Majesty the King's 80 th Anniversary Stadium in Nakhon Ratchasima.
Dagmil actually improved his own previous record of 7.81m, a mark he set when he topped the SEA Games in Manila two years ago.
Setting another SEA Games mark was Filipino-American swimmer Daniel Coakley, who needed just 22.80 seconds to finish the 50m freestyle, eclipsing the old record of 22.98 seconds established by Thailand 's Chainapasaen Arwut in Los Baños, Laguna in 2005.
Swimmer Miguel Molina cornered his third gold medal, while teenager Ryan Arabejo captured his second victory to propel the Filipino bets.
Molina reigned supreme in the 200m breastsroke in 2 minutes, 18.11 seconds for his third victory after ruling the 200m and 400m individual medley.
Arabejo, the 200m backstroke winner Friday, timed 15:53.16 to rule the 1500m freestyle event.

Sermona, a silver winner in the 5000m Friday, was foiled by the Srisung again yesterday, finishing the race in 31 minutes, 16,75 seconds, about 27 seconds slower than the Thai.
