Is GMA beyond hope?

The ordinary Pinoy in the street might call her shameless. Others may say she has a tremendous desire to inflict pain on her people. The more the people cry out because of her abuse of authority, the more she will do it. She seems to have the scorched earth policy, like when Saddam Hussein was about to be driven out of occupied Kuwait , he ordered all the oil wells to be destroyed. The atmosphere was polluted by burning oilfields. Why is Gloria acting this way?

There is a simple explanation for this. As Christians we know there are different kinds of spirits that control different kinds of people. There is the Holy Spirit who always guides the prayerful to do good to others. There are countless demon spirits who have their own specialty. There is the spirit of death that makes people kill just like that. There is the spirit of thievery that makes one a hopeless kleptomaniac. The spirit of materialism who makes one idolizes wealth as the god of his life. The spirit of lust who makes a woman a nympho and a man a rapist. And so on and so forth.

Why is GMA acting this way? It's obvious the Holy Spirit has abandoned her. When this happens, demons will see the opportunity to destroy the person because she has no more defense. They hate God and they are motivated by the harm they can inflict on God's people. Destroying a leader will have a collateral damage on millions of others.

By herself, Gloria is hopeless. Even Bishop Navarra emphatically said that God is already warning all of us. Not all the warnings and demands from the CBCP will make Gloria change. It will take God to do it but of course it will be a painful one. God loves our nation inspite of ourselves. He will do things His own way not our way.
