SPO2 Dante Victor Escorpion, former chief of the Silay police Anti-Drug Enforcement Unit, yesterday said Golez was released from the national penitentiary in November 2002, after serving his sentence for violation of RA 6425, known as the Dangerous Drug Act of 1972.
