| Cost -sharing pushed Rep. George Arnaiz (Neg. Or., 2nd District) has urged barangay officials in Dumaguete City to implement projects through cost-sharing and to set aside political bickering. The best way in undertaking projects is “kurambos” (cost-sharing) among local government units, Arnaiz, former governor of Negros Oriental, said at the mass oath-taking of barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan officials, Thursday, at the City High School gymnasium in Dumaguete. He also told the village chiefs to share a little of their powers, as through this, he was able to get the support of all the members of the provincial council, while he was still chief executive of the province. | ||||||||||||||||
