Pacific, Drift cagers score
BY CEDELF TUPAS

Pacific Motor Parts notched its second win in as many games, after beating Aikco, 83-78, in the third conference of the Fil-Sino Inter-Color Basketball Tournament at the Po Hang Gym of Bacolod Tay Tung High School recently.

Robbie Jalando-on scored 10 of his 13 pts in the fourth quarter to key Pacific's victory. Ritchie Militante made 19 points and Garret Tabanao, Jan Jan Lopue and Brian Tan combined for 26 markers to help spoil Patrick Echarri and Mars Echarri's 31-point production.

Aikco even led by four points in the final period but Jalando-on nailed two treys and Brian Tan converted a jumpshot with a minute remaining to seal the win.

In the nightcap, Drift, banking on a balanced offensive, crushed Mix Apparel, 106-87.

Six players, led by Bol Manaloto's 15 points, posted double-digit numbers. Arvin Gustilo pumped in 15, Julius Teruel contributed 14 and Ronald Arabia, Richard Tan and John Dustin Chua came away with 12 apiece to support Manaloto.*CPT
