Two-shift duty
implemented at Capitol

The Oriental Negros government started the experimental implementation of the two-shift duty at the Provincial Capitol on August 1 and it will end Aug.31.

The first shift is from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the second is from 12 to 8 p.m. The shifting was designed by Gov. Emilio Macias II, and is aimed at providing better and quality service to the people. The system will be to the advantage of those who have transactions with the Capitol since they can do so during lunch break.

Macias has emphasized the value of quality time, saying that some of those who go to the Capitol are from distant places.*MA
