Senior Inspector Rico Santotome, Valladolid police chief, yesterday said the suspects whose identities are being withheld, were caught in the act of destroying and obliterating the lawful election paraphernalia of re-electionist Mayor Ricardo Presbitero

Santotome said they will file charges against the minors who are all 16 years old, for violation of RA 9006 and Comelec Resolution 7767, today.

Police investigations show that Santotome also got a text message relayed to him cellphone saying " Gud morning. My gndakop ka kuno nga minors 3 kblog?
