BY CHRYSEE SAMILLANO

The Liberty Builders has submitted a motion for reconsideration before the Bids and Awards Committee Saturday after it failed to qualify in the bid for the construction of the new government center for Bacolod City, City Legal Officer Allan Zamora said yesterday.

Zamora said he expects that there would be more who will seek reconsideration this week. He said the BAC will resolve their motion within seven days.

BAC chairman Goldwyn Nifras said he was informed that the J.H. Pajara Construction Corp. might also submit a motion for reconsideration. He said he has yet to receive the motion filed by Liberty Builders but was only informed about it by City Administrator Lorendo Dilag. moremoremore

She grew up as an only child and never questioned who she was even if people kept telling her she did not look like her adoptive parents at all, Jella said.
